I went to my friends to change on my own. A week later I decided to check the oil level, it turned out to be black and the level is low. after the "oil change" a friendly employee smiled and communicated politely, I gave a tip. They stole the oil, the filter and harmed the car, I drove with bad oĬame to change the oil in kent, I was asked to get into the car and wait. It turned out that the oil in this service was not changed for me and the filter too.

If I know or see anyone taking their cars I will stop them and let them know what they did to my new truck which I don't even drive that much and it's cost me highly with other service to fix what they messed in my truck.
I will never recommend anyone fir their services. He told me after 2 hours waiting that they don't have the tools to change the oil in the truck. Why because I refused their recommendation false services. It's a new truck and didn't need major services, they tampered with the brakes. 2 days later drove the truck and it started causing me problems. They dismantled the timer that informed me when Services need to be done. Not being the they changed parts on my truck, and replaced them with bad parts. I refused, then he was mad and told me that they don't have the tools to changed the oil. He went ahead without my permission and did it anyway, then told me what the cost is. Because they diagnosed my vehicle which I continously telling them that I don't need that service, just oil changed.
Last November, 2022, I took my 2018 Toyota for oil changed, they kept me waiting for 2hrs.
